Hundreds of concentration and internment camps were set up in France in 1937 to imprison
those considered the enemies of the country: Spanish Republicans, gypsies, Jews, those fleeing
Nazism. All memory of them has vanished.

The Vanished Memory : an exhibition in seven parts.

Part Two : Dachau

I juxtaposed photos taken by the Nazis with photos of the camp today. Dachau,
open to the public, has become a tourist destination.
